Ensure your items are in their original packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days from the XMONDO Hair official store.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print and Pack

Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items to prevent leaking during transit, and attach the label to the outside of the box.

Ship and Refund

Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
