When will my order ship?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Can I return hair color or products?

Due to the nature of our products and safety protocols, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Are XMONDO products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes! We are proud to be 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never test on animals and our formulas contain no animal-derived ingredients.

Do your products contain sulfates or parabens?

No. All XMONDO products are formulated without sulfates, parabens, or harsh gluten-based ingredients to ensure the health of your hair.

How do I choose the right color for my hair?

Our semi-permanent colors work best on pre-lightened or blonde hair. Check the color chart on each product page to see how a shade will react to your current hair level.
